Whether you’re looking to strengthen coping skills or facing a difficult season in life, therapy can offer support and new possibilities. As a TLLP, I work with children, teens, and adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationships, and identity exploration.
I believe therapy is most powerful when it’s a collaborative process. I seek to honor your expertise in your own life while offering tools, insights, and compassionate honesty along the way. My approach is grounded in a humanistic, trauma-informed perspective, and I integrate CBT, mindfulness, and creative interventions. This may look like exploring thought patterns, practicing new skills, or incorporating art-based and body-based techniques. Together, we’ll discover what resonates most with you so that therapy feels authentic, practical, and empowering.
I have experience supporting diverse communities, including work at a Latinx center, and I especially enjoy working with adolescents and young adults. For clients who desire it, I can also integrate faith-based perspectives into therapy, while always respecting each person’s beliefs and preferences.
Ultimately, my goal is to help you deepen self-understanding, build confidence in your strengths, and move toward a life you love. Taking the step to begin therapy is courageous, and I would be honored to walk with you on this journey.
