Our Services Provided

  • We have a wide array of clinicians that provide individual therapy using a variety of different modalities. We have clinicians that specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and more!

  • We have several clinicians that are passionate about helping you build and foster the relationships that matter the most to you. We have clinicians that utilize different modalities, including the Gottman method.

  • Our office was opened in 2021 by a Registered Play Therapy Supervisor (RPT-S). Our agency is passionate about helping children as they navigate childhood’s challenges and providing support to parents.

  • We offer ADHD testing for patients ages 7+ for select insurances. A refundable scheduling deposit of $100 may apply. Reach out to our office to see if you may be a good candidate for testing.

  • Our team of licensed psychiatric mental health prescribers work closely with our clinicians to ensure you are offered the most thorough, well-rounded mental health treatment. We understand it can be overwhelming managing all the different aspects of mental health treatment, so we aim to reduce barriers to care by keeping our therapy and psychiatry services all under one roof. We also offer Genesight testing for those that feel intimidated by the trial and error that often accompanies the start of psychotropic medications.

  • Our prescribers are GeneSight providers. According to GeneSight’s website, “GeneSight Psychotropic is a pharmacogenomic test which means that it analyzes how your genes may affect medication outcomes. The GeneSight test analyzes clinically important genetic variations in your DNA. Results can inform your healthcare provider about how you may break down or respond to certain medications commonly prescribed to treat depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other psychiatric conditions.”

    This testing may not be covered by insurance. If the testing is not covered by insurance, it is the responsibility of the client to pay all costs associated with the test. There may be payment arrangements available through GeneSight’s website. If you are interested in GeneSight testing, please discuss this with your prescriber.

Services Not Covered by Insurance

Creekside does provide, at our discretion, a number of services that are not covered by insurances. Below is a list of some of these services with their associated costs.

  • Letters will be faxed/emailed directly to the entity requested. Please note that letters will not be released directly to the client, and it is up to the sole discretion of the clinician if a letter is sent or not. Minimum of 5 sessions required to acquire enough information to properly assess the need. It is the clinician’s sole discretion to complete. Please allow 3-5 business days.

  • Occasionally, clients may ask for or require their therapist to attend a meeting or appointment outside of the office. While our clinicians are willing to do what is needed, it is important to remember that insurance will not cover such claims. Below are the policies and fees regarding attending out-of-office appointments. Attendance/testimony at court hearings/proceedings: Please note that we must receive a subpoena

    A retainer of $1000 must be received at least 48 hours prior to the court hearing/proceeding

    Fees: $250/hour. Partial hour billed at the 15-minute increment, minimum billing of $1000, encompasses: 

    • Case preparation (minimum billing of 1 hour) 

    • Travel time to court from office 

    • Parking fees 

    • Attendance at court hearing/proceeding (minimum billing of 1 hour) 

    • Travel time to office from court 

    • Other professional services as agreed 

    Party issuing/requesting the subpoena is responsible for payment.
