If you’re feeling overwhelmed, confused, or caught in emotions that don’t quite make sense, you don’t have to sort through it alone. I’m here to listen. Together, we’ll gently explore what’s going on, build practical coping skills, and work toward understanding and addressing the root causes of your stress in a way that feels manageable and supportive.
I earned my Bachelor’s in Social Work from Oakland University and my Master’s in Social Work from Madonna University. Over the past seven years as a practicing social worker, I’ve had the opportunity to receive specialized training in school social work, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Intervention for Trauma in Schools (CBITS). While I specialize in working with children and adolescents, I also feel confident supporting clients of all ages through life’s challenges.
Clients often describe me as reliable, authentic, and kind—qualities that naturally shape my approach to therapy. I believe trust is the foundation of meaningful therapeutic work. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to move toward the goals that matter most to you. I understand that every person’s story is unique, and I tailor my approach to meet your individual needs.
Above all, I’m passionate about helping people feel understood and capable. It would be a privilege to walk alongside you as you build the skills and confidence to navigate life’s ups and downs.
