I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling intern at Central Michigan University who works with children, adolescents, and adults navigating life transitions, family changes, loss, identity development, and personal growth. My professional background and experience raising a family shape my practical, client-centered approach and allow me to bring empathy, understanding, and real-world perspective into the counseling relationship.

My goal is to provide a collaborative and supportive space where clients feel heard, empowered, and encouraged to build on their strengths while working toward meaningful, goal-directed change. I believe each person’s experiences and personal story play an important role in understanding their challenges and creating opportunities for growth.

I use an integrative approach grounded in reality therapy, solution-focused techniques, and narrative therapy to support clients in developing practical strategies, increasing self-awareness, and creating positive change. I strive to tailor counseling to each individual’s unique needs, goals, and personal journey.
