Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected from themselves, or unsure why they keep finding themselves in the same patterns. I strive to create a space that feels safe, genuine, and judgment-free while helping people better understand themselves and learn realistic ways to cope, grow, and move forward.

My clinical focus includes trauma, neurodivergence, psychoeducation, and skills-based therapy. I love helping people make sense of their experiences and connect with their feelings. Understanding the "why" behind our thoughts, emotions, and reactions can be a powerful step toward healing and growth. I believe everyone deserves a safe, respectful space to explore their experiences and goals, and I welcome individuals of all backgrounds, identities, and orientations, including members of the LGBTQ+ community.

Therapy with me often includes reconnecting with yourself, learning to work with your unique strengths and challenges, and developing practical tools that support your journey. Through this process, you'll build realistic, low-maintenance coping strategies, strengthen emotional regulation, cultivate self-compassion, improve communication, and create healthier relationships.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and direct. Together, we'll work toward helping you make sense of your experiences, better understand yourself, and build the skills and confidence needed to navigate life's challenges.
