Hi, I’m Julie! As a therapist I strive to provide a supportive, safe, and non-judgmental space where clients have the ability to grow and heal at their own pace! I am passionate about working alongside my clients to meet their goals while utilizing the therapeutic techniques best meet their needs. I look to create a genuine, empathetic, and empowering therapeutic relationship that allows individuals to feel valued and supported! 

I have experience with kids, teens, and young adults who have been impacted by trauma, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, ADHD, ASD, cognitive impairments, sensory processing difficulties, and impulsivity. 

I integrate therapeutic modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-based therapeutic interventions, as well as creative and play-centered therapeutic methods. 

I received my bachelor’s of social work with a minor in child welfare from Oakland University and went on to earn my masters of social work with a specialization in school social work from Oakland University.
