Hello! I am a limited license professional counselor and graduated from Central Michigan University. I take an eclectic approach to therapy, drawing primarily from person-centered, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and solution-focused modalities. I believe therapy should be tailored to each individual and strive to create an empathetic, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe, heard, and supported.
My counseling style is collaborative, supportive, and goal oriented. I work alongside clients to help them identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns, build on their strengths, and develop practical, achievable strategies for growth and change. I believe clients are the experts of their own experiences, and my role is to empower and support them throughout the therapeutic process.
I enjoy working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, confidence and self- esteem concerns, and relationship conflicts. I am passionate about helping clients increase emotional awareness, strengthen coping skills, and gain clarity as they work toward greater balance, resilience, and overall well-being.
