I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor specializing in

work with men who are tired of feeling stuck in cycles of anger, stress, and addiction. If you’ve

been trying to push through on your own—white-knuckling it, overthinking everything, or

reacting in ways you later regret—you’re not alone. I offer a space where you can be real, talk

straight, and actually start making changes that stick. This is therapy without the fluff—practical,

honest, and focused on helping you get out of your head and back into your life.

My approach blends proven tools like CBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care with a

down-to-earth, conversational style. For those who want it, I also offer the option to incorporate

Catholic faith and spiritual values into the work—but it’s always on your terms. Over the past 24

years, I’ve worked with adolescents, adults, and individuals involved in the criminal justice

system, as well as those navigating addiction recovery and high-pressure environments.

Whether it’s alcohol, compulsive behaviors, anxiety, or performance struggles, we’ll focus on

building skills, restoring self-trust, and helping you respond instead of react.

Outside the office, I’m a sports dad and former youth coach who’s spent over a decade on

baseball and softball fields. I’ve logged plenty of miles traveling to games (usually fueled by

great craft coffee), and I know firsthand the pressures that come with competition, family, and

trying to keep it all together. When I get the chance, you’ll find me up at the Silver Lake sand

dunes or behind the wheel of my Jeep. At the end of the day, I believe growth happens through

honest conversation, meaningful connection, and a willingness to do the work—and I’d be

honored to walk alongside you in that process.
