I am a Temporary Limited Licensed Psychologist (TLLP) who works with all demographics and client types, including individuals, couples, and families. I pride myself on supporting the LGBTQIA+ community and have a deep passion for working in women’s health and wellness, which I find incredibly rewarding. My goal is to provide a safe, open-minded environment where we can navigate the complexities of your experiences together, especially when it comes to processing the sides of yourself you may hide or feel uncomfortable facing alone.
I earned my master’s degree in clinical psychology from the Michigan School of Psychology. My clinical experience includes working at a small private practice, where I provided therapy to a diverse range of clients, from adolescents of all ages to geriatric populations.
In my work, I utilize both Humanistic therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients better understand their emotions and develop meaningful coping strategies. My therapeutic approach is deeply rooted in transparency, consideration, and authenticity. I believe in showing up as my genuine self so that you feel empowered and safe to do the same.
I truly want to help you live the life you desire during the time we share together. Whether our therapeutic journey is long or short, I am committed to meeting you exactly where you are and supporting your path toward healing, acceptance, and personal growth.
