Hello, and thank you for taking the time to get to know a little bit about me.

I’m a licensed professional counselor who is passionate about supporting people through life’s challenges, especially those related to substance use and mental health. I truly enjoy helping individuals make sense of what they’re going through and find a path forward that feels meaningful and manageable.

My approach to therapy is rooted in authenticity, compassion, and curiosity. I strive to create a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself, without judgment, so you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I believe that real change starts with feeling heard, understood, and supported.

I have experience working with trauma, mood disorders, and a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety and depression. I have a particular interest in supporting individuals navigating substance use and co-occurring disorders, and I work collaboratively with clients to build insight, develop effective coping strategies, and create lasting, meaningful change.

I enjoy working with clients across the lifespan, from adolescents to older adults, and value the unique perspective each stage of life brings. At the core of my work is a genuine interest in people and their stories. I value connection, honesty, and growth, and I am dedicated to walking alongside my clients as they move toward healing, resilience, and a stronger sense of self.
