Hello! I’m Teirani, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, who works with adults and couples. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from Michigan State University. My clinical experience includes work in community mental health and various outpatient settings, where I have supported clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, PTSD, life transitions, relationship concerns, and LGBTQIA+ issues.
In my work, I utilize CBT, CPT, EMDR, client-centered, and supportive psychotherapy techniques to help clients achieve internal peace, establish strong boundaries, better align their lives with their personal values, achieve freedom from self-criticism, and foster the ability to confidently live a meaningful, authentic life. My approach is to offer a judgment-free, supportive, and compassionate setting to help you navigate transitions toward living a more fulfilling life.
It takes strength to acknowledge when you need support. If anxiety, past hurts, or identity questions are keeping you from living your best life, please know I hear you. I offer a non-judgmental, skill-based approach to help you feel empowered and whole. You don’t have to navigate this alone.
