Hello! My name is Chelsea Paull, and I am a Limited Licensed Master Social Worker (LLMSW), school social worker, and hold a Special Education Supervisor certification. I have experience supporting children, adolescents, and families in both school and community settings. I am passionate about helping young people build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, strengthen relationships, and navigate life's challenges in a safe and supportive environment.

I have experience working with children and teens ages 0–13 who may be experiencing anxiety, behavioral concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, social challenges, family transitions, trauma, or school-related stress. Through my work in education, I have extensive experience collaborating with families, educators, and community partners to support children’s academic, social, emotional, and behavioral success.

My approach is strengths-based, collaborative, and individualized to meet each child’s unique needs. I believe in creating meaningful connections with children and families while empowering them to reach their goals and thrive.

I am excited to partner with families and provide a supportive space where children and adolescents can learn, grow, and succeed.
